ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 2, 2026) – The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), the authority, educator, and promoter of the housing and building industry, hosts the 73rd annual Parade of Homes Orlando on Sat., May 9 through Sun., May 17, 2026. Central Floridians are invited to experience new and renovated homes and apartment communities throughout greater Orlando during free, self-guided tours.

Parade of Homes Orlando showcases Central Florida’s most inspiring homebuilders, designers, and apartment communities. Discover innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart homes, outdoor living, interior style, remodeling and pool design. 

Whether you are looking for a new home or apartment, wish to re-imagine your current space, or are searching for a spark of inspiration, the 73rd annual Parade of Homes Orlando is open to everyone interested and enthused by stylish home design. In partnership with the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO), select apartment communities are included in the Parade offering an array of amenities and impressive floorplans throughout Central Florida. 

The Parade of Homes Orlando website and new app is scheduled to debut in early April as the go-to resource to find home and builder information, participating home open house hours, and interactive maps for Parade-goers to plan a personal route to explore the best homes and apartments throughout greater Orlando. 

Showcase Home: Carmel Modern by Hardwick General Contracting
