One hundred percent of the dining proceeds (excludes alcohol sales) on June 14 will be donated to The Howard Phillips Center for Children & Families as their way of saying thanks and to pay it forward for generations to come.

“We are truly honored by numerous awards and accolades over the years and cherish them as much as the friendships and memories we have created. We hope to encourage our extended family and friends to realize their blessings and demonstrate a pattern of paying it forward,” said Owner Alice Christner.

As part of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, The Howard Phillips Center for Children & Families has been changing lives all across Central Florida for nearly four decades. The services help protect and heal abused children and bring hope to families of children with special needs. They deliver medical care to underserved teens on a mobile clinic and help families at high risk for child abuse raise their children with nurturing and love. The six unique programs work together to help thousands of toddlers, teens and families every day.

Carrying on Arnold Palmer Hospital’s tradition of excellence in child health, The Howard Phillips Center provides specialized care to children and families facing difficult medical and emotional challenges such as abuse, neglect, developmental delays and lack of access to proper healthcare. Through its six programs, The Howard Phillips Center provides a number of vital services to over 16,000 children and families in Central Florida every year.

About Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster – Iconic Celebrations Since 1993
From the early days in the 1990s along a quiet Lee Road, a family-owned steakhouse legacy was emerging in Orlando. The modest, single building was previously known by a variety of names including Bakerstreet Grill, Tony Marino’s and Morgan’s Lobster House. Fast forward to 2000, the Christner family expanded the restaurant with a second neighboring building, formerly Straub’s and Nick’s Boat Yard, with the signature central lobby and porte-cochère.

The heart and soul of Christner’s began with Carole Christner and her late husband, Russ. Many of the founding principles and traditions stand today. Although, the official name of Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster name debuted in 2013, the iconic restaurant has been owned and operated by the Christner family since 1993. From USDA Prime Steaks, cold-water lobster tails and classic steakhouse menu features to the rich leather seating and low lighting, Christner’s quality and authentic hospitality is always in vogue.
