ORLANDO, Fla. (April 3, 2019) – The Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), the authority, educator and promoter of the housing and building industry, announces the dates for the 66th annual Parade of Homes Orlando.
Central Floridians are invited to experience nearly 100 of the best of the best homes throughout greater Orlando during the FREE, self-guided tour Sat., May 4 through Sun., May 12, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Parade of Homes Orlando showcases Central Florida’s most inspiring homebuilders and designers. Discover innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart homes, outdoor living and interior style. Pool designs are a new category in the Parade this year – just in time for summer.
“Whether you’re looking for a new home, wish to re-imagine your current home or are searching for a spark of inspiration, Parade of Homes Orlando is the event for everyone interested and enthused by modern home design,” Tony Hartsgrove, ODC Construction and Parade of Homes Orlando chairman.
Meritage Homes believes that every family deserves to live better, smarter and healthier. It’s why they are setting the new standard in home construction and design and leading the way in energy-efficient homes.
The Pomelo at Hawks Crest features a stunning modern elevation and offers an open floor plan with lots of flexibility. The flex space can be a fourth bedroom or a private office.
Additionally, the master suite is an ideal retreat with enormous walk-in closet and relaxing master bath. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the spacious great room and covered lanai.
Hawks Crest will be a grand gated community of townhomes and single-family homes located along the southern shores of beautiful Lake Howell. This ideal location provides easy access to major employment sectors, excellent schools and desirable Winter Park shopping and dining destinations including Park Avenue and Winter Park Village.
By building healthier, cleaner, more efficient homes, Meritage helps deliver short- and long-term energy cost savings to its homeowners without compromising design.
