Marlow’s Beloved Ribs & Whiskey Menu Returns for Dine-In, Carry Out and Delivery

ORLANDO, Fla. (Sept. 14, 2020) – Marlow’s Tavern celebrates fall flavors with its saucy and smoky Ribs & Whiskey menu. The menu features delicious dishes available for dine-in, carry out or delivery, and pairs perfectly with Marlow’s refreshing cocktails, wine and beer.

“This time of year brings together some of my favorite things: cooler weather, bold, flavorful food and inspired cocktails,” says executive chef, CEO and co-founder John C. Metz. “We are thrilled to bring back our Ribs & Whiskey menu that features the rich barbecue flavors and savory sides that our guests love.”

The Ribs & Whiskey menu features a choice of three scrumptious sauces: Jack Daniel’s Glaze, Carolina Mustard or Marlow’s Barbecue. Guests can pair these sweet, tangy and smoky sauces with the tender ribs or choose from other seasonal favorites:

Jack Blazed Salmon – North Atlantic salmon, blazed with Jack Daniel’s® Honey Glaze, green bean casserole, shiitake mushroom, caramelized onion, applewood smoked bacon, mornay sauce, crispy tobacco onion, sweet corn and jalapeño muffins

Pig and Buns – Slow-roasted pulled pork with Jack Daniel’s® Honey Glaze, crispy tobacco onions on buttery sesame seed roll

Mustard-Blazed Chicken – Prestige Farms chicken, glazed with Carolina BBQ sauce, green bean casserole, shiitake mushroom, caramelized onion, applewood Smoked Bacon, classic mornay, crispy tobacco onion, sweet corn and jalapeño muffins

Full or Half Rack of Ribs – Slathered with choice of sauce and served with corn muffins, jicama slaw and fried okra

Honey Bourbon Bread Pudding – Crème-brûlée-soaked Cuban bread and a splash of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey

Pair those fiery flavors with a unique cocktail such as:

A Kick from Ginger – Old Forester, the First Bottled BourbonÔ,  meets Red Rock, Atlanta’s original ginger ale.

Georgia Peach Lemonade – Get tart and sassed up with Minute Maid Lemonade, peach nectar, Jack Daniel’s Honey Whiskey and a frozen peach.

R&W S’weet Tea – Deep Eddy Sweet Tea vodka, fresh lemon, agave nectar, topped with a shot of Shock Top beer and a kick of orange

Tommy’s Favorite Sangria – Tommy’s secret recipe, created on the boat in South Florida, is made with the freshest seasonal fruit and agave nectar and is available in both red or white.

Pabst Blue Ribbon WI ABV 4.7% – Brewed in America and served tall just like you like it, this classic beer is for those with the classiest of tastes.

Marlow’s also is offering guests a chance to show off the grilling recipes they mastered during quarantine by entering its Whatchya Been Grillin’ contest. The first-place prize is a Big Green Egg package, valued at $1,400, and the winning recipe will be featured on Marlow’s Tavern’s fall/winter menu. Marlow’s Tavern gift cards are up for grabs to the second- and third-place winners, as well as the People’s Choice award winner. Participants can submit recipes online through Monday, Oct. 5.
