Marlow’s Tavern Presents A New Seasonal Menu

ORLANDO, Fla. (Dec. 8, 2022) – Marlow’s Tavern debuts its winter menu with seasonal offerings of new, delectable appetizers, entrées, and returning tavern favorites.

Menu highlights include:

  • Warm Brie Fondue (a returning favorite!) – warm brie with white wine and pretzel bread
  • Moroccan Cauliflower Wrap – cauliflower, eggplant, arugula, pickled red onion, feta and harissa
  • Grilled Center-Cut Filet – served with broccoli casserole, crispy onions and red wine shallot demi
  • Grilled Atlantic Salmon – jumbo pearl cous cous, Tuscan kale, grapes, toasted almonds and red wine reduction

Marlow’s Tavern has also refreshed its crafted cocktail menu with new creations along with a classic cocktail section:

  • Gray Mule – Gray Whale gin, Pimm’s, fresh lemon, Fever Tree ginger beer and rosemary
  • The Perfect Pear – Teremana tequila, Tenteo Jalapeño tequila, fresh lime and pear
  • The Heist – Bounty dark rum, strawberry, Tanteo Jalapeño tequila, fresh lemon, pineapple, demerara

Metz, executive chef, CEO, and co-founder of Marlow’s Tavern, shares his vision behind the latest menu. “We like to add a fresh twist to our menu each season,” says Metz. “With each menu, we thoughtfully blend a selection of tavern favorites with new, seasonal items enticing for new and loyal guests to enjoy during Florida’s warmer side of winter.”

Marlow’s Tavern Brings Happiness to Neighborhoods with New Weekday Happy Hour

Weekdays just got a lot happier at Marlow’s Tavern. From 4-6 p.m. Monday-Friday, Marlow’s Tavern lures guests to a new happy hour boasting specially crafted and chilled $6 cocktails and a “4 5 6 7 Snacks.” Snack selections include kettle chips with Gorgonzola cheese and bacon ($4), crispy Brussels sprouts ($5), fried pickles and cheese curds ($6), and Nashville hot chicken sliders ($7).

Snacks pair perfectly with Marlow’s selection of specialty cocktails:

  • The Pink Drink – Bare Bones vodka, allspice, Owen’s cranberry, and lime
  • 229-867-5309 – 229 gin, cilantro, lime, pomegranate Fever Tree tonic, and a dash of bitters
  • Crystal Ball – Don Q rum, pineapple, fresh lime, basil, angostura, and egg white
  • 4-6’s – Lunazul Silver tequila, squeezed lime and orange, rosemary, and soda splash
  • Hulk Smash – Dickel whiskey, lemon, honey syrup, and blue Curaçao.

Marlow’s happy hour also features beer and wine specials with selections varying by location.
